We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the following roles:

Assistant Manager (IT) – 1 Post We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a strong background in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing IT infrastructure, network systems, and software applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all IT-related services within the company. This role is crucial for supporting our digital transformation and maintaining a robust technical environment. The position is open to candidates up to 35 years of age.
Assistant Manager – Geographic Information System (GIS) – 1 Post This position is for an Assistant Manager with specialised skills in Geographic Information Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting geographical data related to railway estates and assets. This role requires a strong understanding of GIS software, spatial data analysis, and database management. Your work will be vital in supporting strategic planning and development projects for REDAMCO. The age limit for this position is 35 years.
Assistant Manager (Coordination) – 1 Post We are seeking an Assistant Manager with excellent coordination and communication skills. This role involves managing inter-departmental and external communications, ensuring projects run smoothly, and resolving any operational issues. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to candidates up to 35 years of age.
Associate Estate (Technical) – 1 Post This technical position requires an individual with a strong understanding of railway estate management and technical operations. The role involves assisting in the development and maintenance of properties, conducting site surveys, and ensuring technical standards are met. This is a hands-on role that requires problem-solving skills and a solid technical background. The age limit for this position is 35 years.
Driver (Staff Car) – 1 Post We are also hiring an experienced and reliable Driver for our staff car. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license and a clean driving record. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained and in good working condition. We are looking for a professional who is punctual and dependable. This position is open to candidates up to 50 years of age.
